Client's Rights
Any individual has the right to receive information about “Sirius Capital” CJSC in accordance with Articles 16, 120, and Part 1 of Article 126 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On securities Market”. The company provides this information free of charge within 3 working days upon receiving a written application, unless other terms are specified.

In case of any complaints/claims regarding investment services provided by “Sirius Capital” CJSC, any customer has the right to submit a Complaint to the Company. The procedures and deadlines for submitting and reviewing complaints are defined in “Customer Complaints Handling Procedure”.

Clients may submit complaints related to services provided by “Sirius Capital” CJSC, involving property claims not exceeding ten million Armenian drams or its equivalent in foreign currency, to the Financial System Mediator,
in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia 'On the Financial System Mediator.' The Financial System Mediator may be approached by individuals, individual entrepreneurs, or legal entities that are considered micro-entrepreneurs at the time of contacting the Financial System Mediator, according to the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia.
