Type of Bonds: Registered, dematerialized coupon bonds

Total Issue Volume: AMD 1,500,000,000

Offering Period Start Date: January 26, 2026

Offering Period End Date: May 19, 2026

The Base Prospectus of registered, dematerialized bonds of "UITExpo" LLC was registered by the Central Bank of Armenia on January 21, 2026, under Decision No. 1/26 A.
