From June 22, 2026, until October 30, 2026 (inclusive), “Sirius Capital” CJSC plans to conduct a public offering of nominal coupon bonds issued by “New Age Construction” LLC under the following terms:

The Program Prospectus of nominal coupon bonds of “New Age Construction” LLC was registered by the Central Bank of Armenia under Decision No. 1/218 A of May 20, 2026.
